This three-story new build in Waikanae was constructed on a compact site, requiring thorough planning and project management. The build incorporated suspended concrete floors and block retaining walls, with premium finishings inside. To compliment the sea view over to Kāpiti Island, we included a wraparound deck and bi-folding doors.
