FOUNDER, HEAD BUILDER & PROJECT MANAGER

Andrew is a qualified carpenter / project manager who enjoys the challenge of working on projects in all sectors. In the last 15 years Andrew has worked on and contributed to the management of countless residential projects in New Zealand, and commercial and architectural projects valued between $5m and $25m in the United Kingdom. Much of this work has called upon his expertise in managing, supporting and co-ordinating subcontractors to effectively and efficiently deliver to projects within timeframe and budget. He has a hands-on approach, outstanding problem-solving skills and technical knowledge, and being a licensed building practitioner, Andrew is a safe pair of hands to have on site.

FOUNDER, QUANTITY SURVEYOR & PROJECT MANAGER

Sam has 18 years industry experience and has primarily worked as a quantity surveyor / project manager on a variety of building, seismic strengthening and interiors projects both in New Zealand and abroad. His extensive experience in the local Wellington market means that he has built key relationships with many of the city’s subcontractors and has built himself a reputation as someone who is fair and reasonable to work with in terms of variations and costings. As a degree-qualified QS, Sam is focused on working through commercial challenges, employing a collaborative win win approach and has an extensive knowledge in value engineering and getting the most of out contracts that he has procured to date. In addition to commercial experience, Sam is proficient at programming and planning, and managing teams to achieve project objectives.
